my asus mobo is defective 6 months aged..it is defective from the first day...i contacted hawker 45 days ago..now they r sayin ur mobo is outdated ..no stock of tht mobo..



can i ask them full reimbursement for my mobo under warranty..

I deem you would be entitled to a new motherboard, if the warrantyis still within effect - but I'd be very surprised if they give you cash. Do you own the warranty paperwork so you can check the fine print?



They're lying about not have a motherboard in stock, to force you to spend more money. Just hold on to insisting they replace yours. Call every day and show up if you can. Threaten to sue.

Basically if they do not own your motherboard in stock they should be offering you a better motherboard specifically in within terms Up To Date
