mu computer working near 2003 OS.NOW IT IS RESTARTING.CANNOT SHUT DOWN PROPERLY?

There are two method to solve this problem.

1. U should format ur harddisk and re-install ur os again.

2. U should update ur os.

as per my viewpoint u should try to use first method because it will 100% solve ur problem.

harddrive crashed, jump to bestbuy and get one cheap, they are super comfortable to install
try to repair your OS, insert OS installation cd on your cd rom, then restart and boot on the compact disc ROM. Just repair.
