I enjoy an emachines that wont boot up!!!! it will get to the emachines eyeshade, but then repeatedly turn back and forth!!!! Help Please!!!

Sounds similar to your hard drive is toast. Could also be your motherboard.
Check the connections of the cable to your HD.
If it continually go to the startup screen and next reboots, have your power supply checked.
