My computer "humms" seriously?
the hanger-on sometimes do "humms" but it will only if at hand are something on the way.. if your CPU be tighten and the tower was not loose, within should be no sound. BUT! the power supply will do profoundly of annoying due to the uses. Try remove the fan and turn up your computer, if the humms still at hand, it was power supply later. =) hope this will solve your problem.

Quick, vacuum the fan nouns of your pc or laptop. If it's a laptop, form sure there's always breathing room between the lover and surface it's on. My laptop started sounding like a shot plane taking off and my brother held the vacuum nozzle over the adherent opening and really cleaned it out. It doesn't clear the noise anymore. Do it back you burn the motor out.
please replace the CPU fan.. if still the humming roar exists then replace the power supply
