ok the problem near my cd drive is that it wont read cds well if truth be told somtimes it does and sometimes it doesnt is want i want to know is how do i fix this could the cord be loose or could it need a driver or is it broke and requests to be replaced also sometimes when it works and i open the drive it comes out spinning sometimes its a window xp home edition desktop and the cd drive is a lite-on cd rw/dvd player

Your cd drive has gone impossible. Throw it out and buy a new one. They're cheap plenty.
