Maximize the use of 32bit computer by upgrading RAM?

I own a 32bit AMD computer with 4 RAM slots. Since in our day, 64bit computers are getting more popular, I've been trying to retrieve my old computer i.e. still working fine. What RAM structures ( DDR- ?? ...) should I need to maximize the usage of my computer?

Windows Vista may change this, but even afterwards, many general public will not be upgrading to Windows Vista for a while, at least until the bugs attain worked out.

Just swap the motherboard and CPU. It's cheep if you go to neweqq.com $50 for a board $100 for a righteous 64bit CPU.

If I were you I would upgrade my notebook with 1 to 2GB RAM
