Try four things, download and update AVG Antivirus run it contained by the normal deportment and then run it within safe mode also. Do duplicate with Spy-bot Search & Destroy, Ad-Aware, and Windows Defender. These are adjectives free programs and do a very honourable job of removing the "nasties". If they work, do a defrag after you are done near your scans.
