Memory sustain....?

sorry it is not known to me
That price isn't that impossible, but sometimes, sites such as Tigerdirect offer 512MB modules of RAM for around $15, and they enjoy deals on computer hardware such as RAM almost everyday.
Yes, as long as you hold an unused memory slot.
I'm hoping the memory of 446 MB is correct. A 512 MB stick would give you considerably more memory. Just be sure that if you are looking at buying memory, that you know it will run properly on your motherboard. Such things approaching if it is DDR, DDR2, or the older SDRAM. You didn't read aloud what model of motherboard you have installed, so I couldn't relay you if just one memory module would do or if you requirement to install memory upgrades if "pairs" as some motherboards may require. As to the cost, the only entity I can suggest is that you shop around. Best Buy and Office Max will sometimes have sale on these items. You may also check into other brands if you are not too particular. I enjoy had legally good luck Viking, PNY, and a few others. Kingston memory is correctly good also.

Again, shop around!

Good luck, Cheers!
no, not really

1gb+ would be the style to go.
