Hello
I'm thinking on update my Motherboard here and looked-for to know would I need to re do my O.S. and things approaching that. I know I will need to re nouns a disk to get the unknown motherboard to work with my rugged drives. But I have a SUP AMD XP next to no disk. Would I need a disk to re nouns it to the board? What is the things I'll be looking at whan doing this. I know its one of the big to work on. But I want to build something time to time
Looking for info Motherboards ?
Depends on what you are looking to do with the computer. Check this out.
Yes you obligation to reinstall your OS because switching the motheboard changes adjectives drivers you need for the hardware that go with the motherboard. If your OS can't find the right drivers, it will blue blind over and over and over again.
there may be a hit and miss you'll have to reload window, maybe. the motherboard driver are a must especially if it's newer. xp won't hold newer drivers on the disk and this is where the alien board drivers disk come into play. the old drivers on the rugged disk will be automatically deleted by XP. they won't show up.
