looking to restore my dell workstation to unmarked so i can confer it away to son. i hold adjectives the disk but respectively time i pop a c

Put within the Operating System Installation CD to the bootable drive. *Remove any external devices (joysticks, camera etc.)

Restart systyem

When you obtain 'press any key to to boot from compact disc press spacebar, press ENTER to setup Windows

Press F8 to agree to liscense.

The Partioning Window will appear, press Enter to continue. A chariness screen should appear, press C to verbs Choose the NTFS file system (quick) afterwards press Enter

Press F key to instigate format, the rest will go on it's own.

When the computer restarts, do NOT touch any key!

The Windows setup will appear, it will start detecting devices.

Next a regional Language screen appears............etc
To use the restore discs, you put "disc 1(one) surrounded by the CD drive, shut the computer down, than power up again, you should in a minute see the instructions on how to proceed."
