lsass.exe. have eat my concrete drive?

i cannot access it at adjectives. it is beyond self repair because i cannot reach any eyeshade beyond command prompt and every command i try does not work.



if there is zilch i can do myself what other actions are possible? i do not want to throw away an almost up to date 160 gb hd?

That would be truly strange.

Local Security Authority Service - is a windows exe report that is element of the user authentication system. I dont see how that would "eat" a hard drive.



If you can achieve to a command prompt the drive is still actually working but cant log you on because of the user system is probably missing.



Boot the mechanism with the operating system compact disc and attempt to do a repair installation. If that fails only just reformat the drive and start over. The drive is fine its your OS that is gone.
